Awon Golding Millinery is a London-based millinery studio. We design and handcraft bespoke hats and headwear for special occasions, selling online via awongolding.com. Our studio is located at Studio 4, P1 Studios, 14 Taylor Place, London E3 2PQ.

2. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or to transmit harmful or malicious content of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
We have made every effort to represent our products accurately, including colours, materials, and dimensions. However, colour accuracy may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to withdraw or discontinue products at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales by geography, or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
The majority of our hats are made to order. Once production has begun on your piece, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. By placing a made-to-order purchase, you acknowledge that the item is being made specifically for you and is therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Schedule 3).
• Ready to Ship items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund including return postage.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where items are faulty or not as described.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the return.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are subject to the delivery times and conditions set out on our Shipping & Returns page. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Import duties and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We take care to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete at all times. We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, and modify product descriptions without prior notice.
