Last week, I had the immense honour of returning backstage at Robert Wun’s Spring/Summer 2026 haute couture show, Valour — our fifth show together, and one that feels especially powerful.
Valour tells the story of the creative journey itself: the quiet beginnings of an idea, the confrontation with reality, and the courage it takes to continue creating. The collection unfolds in three acts. Library explores the purest form of dreaming, where ideas are born in black-and-white worlds of imagination. Luxury questions desire and worth, presenting beauty as something provocative and coveted. Finally, Valour honours the resilience of creators working behind the scenes — celebrating determination, vulnerability, and the bravery required to keep going.
Each look embodies a stage of emotion: to be inspired, to be desired, and to move forward with courage. It’s a reminder that couture exists not only to reflect who we are, but who we dare to dream of becoming.
For this collection, we created 16 original hats and headpieces, each designed in close dialogue with the garments and the emotional arc of the show.
Working alongside Robert on this show was, once again, deeply moving. To witness this level of craftsmanship, emotion, and intention up close — and to contribute to such a singular vision — is something I never take for granted.
